Know More
Operating in Dubai’s highly competitive private healthcare sector, First Response Healthcare needed more than in-house efficiency to amplify their expanding Doctor on Call and IV Therapy at Home services, they needed a cohesive, branded presence that could connect with high-intent consumers and build trust in a category where credibility is everything.

Problem
I led the project from creative strategy to execution, working cross-functionally with First Response’s marketing and clinical teams across geographies to bridge vision, language, and brand clarity. We developed a unified campaign experience that reflected both the urgency of medical services and the calm assurance of premium care.

Solution
The identity system extended into:
High-clarity standees, flyers, and promotional materials for wellness camps and service kiosks
Event props and booth environments that mirrored clinical precision while remaining people-first
Goodies and takeaways that elevated recall
Short-form, mobile-optimized video content and service explainers tailored for Dubai audiences
Campaign messaging designed to reduce patient hesitation and drive at-home service inquiries
By building for the cultural nuance of the UAE market and the unique promise of on-demand healthcare, the outcome was a seamless marketing suite that extended their internal team’s vision into real-world visibility.

Concept
Outcome and impact :
42% increase in event-level engagement (flyer scans, inquiries, booth interactions)
3× uplift in IV Therapy bookings during campaign period
25% higher visual recall of brand collaterals in post-event surveys
Boosted search presence for “Doctor on Call Dubai” and “Home IV Therapy Dubai” (SEO alignment)
Significant cross-cultural brand alignment between internal and external creative teams
